    DARDEN DIMES

    An example of our people-focused culture in action, this internal program enables Team Members to provide financial assistance to their coworkers facing emergency and catastrophic situations. Many of our Team Members contribute a dime or more each week, and the program has provided more than $16.5 million in grant assistance to more than 42,000 Team Members.
