The Yard House in Long Beach is located along Rainbow Harbor in Shoreline Village making the Harbor Room one of downtown Long Beach's premier event destinations. Ideal for hosting celebrations and corporate or casual business gatherings. The Harbor Room can accommodate private parties of up to 135 and is complete with a full bar showcasing an impressive selection of house martinis, celebrated wines and premium spirits.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
A credit card authorization is required to reserve the desired date and time for an event.

BEVERAGE SERVICE
Hosted and non-hosted beverage service is available.

SPECIAL EVENTS MENU
The Special Events menu is available for functions with a guest count exceeding 20 persons. The Yard House menu is available for special events with a guest count fewer than 30 persons. Menu selections, room arrangement and other pertinent details should be submitted seven days prior to event date.

GUARANTEES
A guaranteed guest count is required no less than 72 hours prior to event date. If a final guest count is not received, the estimated guest count specified on the event contract becomes the guarantee. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after the 72-hour deadline.

FINAL BILL
Balance due is payable in full on the day of the event.

PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. Guaranteed prices will not be given more than 90 days prior to event date.

DECORATIONS & ENTERTAINMENT
Decorations and Entertainment must be pre-approved by management.

CAKE CUTTING FEE
Cake Cutting Fee: $0.50 per person
