Rogue Spruce Tip IPA tapped out at Yard House on August 2016

ROGUE CHEHALEM BARREL-AGED SPRUCE TIP IPA

TAPPED OUT AUGUST 2016

This Yard House exclusive barrel-aged project is a result of over a year of patience and dedication to the brewing process. Brewed to celebrate 19 years of craft brewing collaborations between Yard House and Rogue Ales & Spirits, this India Pale Ale was first steeped with real Alaskan spruce tips producing a uniquely spiced and hoppy body, complimented by the sweetness of the spruce tips in the finish. After brewing, a small portion of this batch was then aged for seven months in Chehalem Winery Pinot Noir oak barrels allowing the exquisitely delicate nuances of French oak to set in. The result is a rare and exclusive IPA brewed in Newport, Oregon, steeped in Alaskan spruce tips, aged in French oak barrels and enjoyed by all.

Sam Adams Utopias tapped out at Yard House on March 2016

SAM ADAMS UTOPIAS

TAPPED OUT MARCH 2016

For beer fanatics, Samuel Adams Utopias has become one of the most sought-after beers on earth. Meant to be savored like a fine cognac or port, Utopias is a rich, uncarbonated extreme beer known for its extraordinary flavor profile. Utopias has aromas of wood, toffee, cocoa, raisin and maple, which hint at its distinctive flavors, which range from hints of molasses, earthy wood, dates, and light smoke to nuts and toffee.

We are one of the few restaurants to carry this one-of-a-kind brew. This year’s beer is 28% ABV and is best enjoyed as a two ounce pour in a snifter glass at room temperature.

*Not available in Oregon, Georgia, Idaho, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Ohio

Rogue Spruce Tip IPA tapped out at Yard House on January 2016

ROGUE SPRUCE TIP IPA

TAPPED OUT JANUARY 2016

To mark our 19th Anniversary, we collaborated with Oregon-based Rogue Ales & Spirits to develop a limited-release celebration beer: Rogue Spruce Tip IPA. Our team made the pilgrimage to Rogue’s brewery in Newport, Oregon where we met with Brewmaster John Maier and his team to collaborate in creating the commemorative brew. With hints of citrus, spruce and fruit, this IPA delivered a solid caramel malt flavor, followed by a pleasant sharp, clean finish.

Firestone Walker Traveling Oak Imperial Stout tapped out at Yard House on April 2015

FIRESTONE WALKER
TRAVELING OAK
IMPERIAL STOUT

TAPPED OUT APRIL 2015

Traveling Oak was an incredibly rare, barrel-aged beer imagined by our team and handcrafted by our friends at Firestone Walker. The journey began with two oak barrels in Kentucky where they held Old Rip Van Winkle Bourbon for over a decade, allowing them to age and mature to perfection. From there the barrels traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico where they were filled with Del Maguey Mezcal adding layers of smoky fruit notes to the wood. The barrels were then sent to Firestone Walker Brewing Company in Paso Robles, California where they were filled with Parabola Imperial Stout and aged for over a year. The result was an exceptionally delicious and unique one-of-a-kind beer.
